Women Opening Doors for Women is an ongoing event series designed to inspire connection between IWF/MA members and emerging women leaders in our community. Through personal interactions between IWF/MA's established women of influence in the Greater Boston area and the area's most promising emerging women leaders, WODFW delivers a dynamic event meant to inspire and counsel. In the Spring of 2024, IWF/MA launched the sister series, Opening the Door to the C-Suite, with a specific goal of breaking through the barriers to the C-suite.
