ANNUAL MEETING The Annual Meeting and Holiday Reception is a time to celebrate the season and come together as a community. UpcomingSPRING SOCIAL & MEMBER RECEPTION The Annual Spring Social & Member Reception is an evening dedicated to fostering connections, celebrating achievements, and welcoming new members into our vibrant community. Hosted each spring, this event serves as an opportunity for new members to introduce themselves to the Forum's leadership and alumni. The spring event is an occasion where women from diverse backgrounds and fields come together to celebrate the shared commitment to excellence and empowerment. Whether you are a seasoned member or new to the community, this event offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where friendships can blossom, and connections can flourish. DINE AROUNDS One of our Signature Events, Dine Arounds is a monthly happening where members open their homes to host intimate gatherings for other members. These unique occasions provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded women and foster meaningful relationships. Each Dine Around event brings together a diverse range of women from various backgrounds, industries, and expertise and offers an invaluable platform to strengthen bonds, gain new insights, and discover shared experiences. These events create an environment that nurtures professional growth, personal development, and lifelong connections among remarkable women. UpcomingBEHIND THE SCENES One of our Signature Events, Behind the Scenes is an ongoing series of events designed to provide members with a unique "behind the scenes" experience at prominent companies and organizations. Hosted by fellow women leaders, these events offer an unparalleled opportunity for networking, education, and cross-industry engagement. Behind the Scenes events grant you privileged access to the inner workings of a variety of companies and organizations, spanning different sectors and industries. From cutting-edge technology firms to artistic masterpieces, financial powerhouses to philanthropic giants, each event will showcase the intricacies and nuances of the featured organization's operations, initiatives, and successes. Engage in thought-provoking conversations, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships with fellow members from diverse backgrounds and industries. UpcomingUP CLOSE AND PERSONAL One of our Signature Events, the Up Close and Personal series is designed to foster deeper conversations, meaningful connections, and personal growth within our diverse community. At each Up Close and Personal, we invite a distinguished member to share their experiences, insights, and perspectives, providing a glimpse into their professional and personal life. These events are carefully curated to offer an up close look at the lives, accomplishments, and challenges faced by our esteemed speaker. UpcomingWOMEN IN TRANSITIONS The Women in Transitions program is an evolution of what was previously known as Third Chapter Conversations, originally inspired by the book The Third Chapter: Passion, Risk, and Adventure in the 25 Years after 50. That program centered largely on career reinvention in later stages of professional life. But the word of work has changed dramatically. Careers are no longer linear, and women are navigating increasingly fluid, dynamic professional and personal transitions: career shifts, board service, caregiving, relocations, entrepreneurship, and more. In response to growing requests from members, we're broadening the scope and relevance of this initiative by renaming it "Women in Transitions", to better reflect the multi-dimensional career and life shifts that IWF/MA members experience today. Women in Transitions is a quarterly in-person series. Topics span a wide range of career and life transitions, from navigating leadership changes, getting on corporate and nonprofit boards, starting new ventures, caregiving, portfolio careers, and more. UpcomingWOMEN OPENING DOORS Women Opening Doors for Women (WODFW) is an event designed to inspire connection between IWF/MA members and emerging women leaders in our community. The program now offers two unique event formats hosted throughout the year: Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Targeted for women preparing to step into the C-Suite, this format features educational panel discussions led by accomplished women across industries, along with opportunities to build networks and spark transformative conversations. Mentorship in Action: A dynamic speed-mentoring experience where emerging professionals engage directly with IWF/MA members. This format allows members to share insights, offer guidance, and give back to the next wave of women leaders. At every WODFW event, members are encouraged to bring guests of purpose and their own proteges, expanding access to the IWF community and strengthening the pipeline of women leaders. Upcoming
